So, I looked at a few other sites, and cobbled something together, and posted it on my Contextures website.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, the FTC decided that bloggers had to disclose their affiliations, and use realistic testimonials in their advertising. <\/p>\n<p>No one seems sure who\u2019s affected by the new regulations, or how they\u2019ll be implemented. Since I\u2019m not based in the USA, the FTC doesn\u2019t regulate me, but Google might insist that their publishers follow the guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, I decided to add a <a title=\"disclosure policy\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.contextures.com\/policies\/\">disclosure policy<\/a> to my website and blogs, in a proactive move.<\/p>\n<p>Have you posted one?<\/p>\n<p>_____________<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In April, Google announced that all sites that used AdSense advertising had to post a privacy policy.
