Do you do regular website backups? Today I’m making some structural changes to one of my blogs, which is hosted on Hostgator. The instruction page on Hostgator warns (ominously) that you should make a full site backup before beginning. That sounded like good advice, so I decided to follow it!

Installing Excel on New Laptop

New Laptop Setup Steps
On the weekend, I got a new laptop (another ASUS), which is exciting, until you realize all the things that have to be set up. It came with Windows 10 installed, but nothing else, so there were lots of programs to install. On the bright side, it’s a 15″ laptop with a number pad, so that’s a good thing!

AWeber Link Tracking Not Working
As I’ve mentioned before, I use AWeber to manage my mailing list, and I’m generally pleased with the way that it works. Recently though, I discovered a major problem with the AWeber link tracking feature. I’ve lost data, but have learned how to avoid the problem in the future.
